Aprica Strollers

Aprica strollers are Japanese designed, full feature indoor buggies that are not widely seen in the US. The feature plush fabrics, a wonderful suspension system (many people mistake this for rickety-ness), one hand folds, and overall beautiful styles.  I own an Aprica Quantum Royale (a full sized, reversible handle model from the Royale line) and a top of the line Super Zap (compact folding, extremely lightweight, full featured top-of-the-line model). Here are some pictures of them...

The above pictures show the Aprica Super Zap Prestige. This is a newborn appropriate, compact folding model that comes complete with a full boot. Gorgeous!

First photo (right top) shows the Quantum in stroller mode- upright and baby facing out. The second photo shows the carriage mode- reclined and handle reversed to face mom. The carriage also has a boot to enclose an infant. You can see the bed of the carriage and the little pop-up head rest that keeps a baby from falling out when the carriage is reclined in the third photo. The last photo shows my son's favorite feature of this stroller, the hood comes all the way down to the napper bar for a great game of peek-a-boo!!!

Some additional comments regarding this stroller- My daughter says this and our other Aprica are the most comfortable of any strollers we have ever owned! They are very cushy with plush padded upholstery and foam underneath!!! This one has windows added by the previous owner to see a baby. The cost to replace the canopy has not been one that I have felt the need to undergo at this point, although it could be replaced. For now I just use this one "as is".
