Maclarens

These are my Maclarens. This particular line is one that I do not love the way I do some others. It is fairly minimalist in approaching the umbrella stroller. They do recline, have legrests, canopies, and baskets, however they are not overly plush.

I enjoy keeping them though as travel strollers. I know they are perfect for containing my wild-man 2 year old, and great for getting on and off public transport. I did not like using these for him when he was younger as he never seemed comfy. He is a very big fellow, and now finally seems to enjoy them. He does fool with the wheels while riding, but he can not get out once I criss-cross the front shoulder straps.

I currently own 2 Maclarens; a primary color Vogue 2000 model with mudguards and a HoneyBee Black plaid 2001 model. The 2001 has bigger wheels, frame, and overall size to it.

At left: First picture is upright with legrest down. Second is reclined with legrest out. Third  is the rear view with the seat reclined and a peek-a-boo window. The window on the hood is handy for holding a small "Swiper" toy to keep my son happy! Below, my son getting ready to get out of the Mac.
